If you would like to have your pet checked for intestinal parasites, please bring a fresh stool sample. We offer free fecal collection kits for you to use (located in the baskets by our front door in the lobby). We also have free urine collection kits available if you would like us to check any urinary issues that your pet may be experiencing. (These kits are also located in the baskets in our lobby.) If you are unable to make your pet's appointment, it is critical that you call us or change your appointment online as soon as possible.
Appointments canceled on the day of the appointment are subject to a $30 cancelation fee.
New clients/pets are subject to a $55 scheduling fee that will be applied to their initial appointment.
